xhamster2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the relationship between xhamster2 and every user who accesses or uses the platform's services. Please read all terms carefully before creating an account or making any transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by xhamster2, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding as a contract between the user and the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use xhamster2's services. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered automatic acceptance of those changes.
These terms apply to all users who access the platform via the website, Android mobile app, or iOS mobile browser within Indonesia. xhamster2 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with or without separate notice — however, material changes will be communicated via the Announcements at least 7 days before taking effect.
2. Account Creation & Security
To use the full services of xhamster2, you are required to create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating more than one account by the same individual may result in the deactivation of all associated accounts without a balance refund.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and any activity that occurs through your account. xhamster2 will never ask for your password through any communication channel — including email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team through the platform immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use xhamster2's services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. xhamster2 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a user's age and identity — including before processing the first withdrawal.
All personal data you provide will be handled in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy. Account verification via an active Indonesian mobile number is required to enable the deposit and withdrawal features.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the xhamster2 platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. It is prohibited to use the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, system manipulation, spreading malware, or any action that harms other users or the platform itself.
Users are prohibited from attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform, modifying or damaging systems, or using bots, automated scripts, or unapproved third-party software to access or interact with the service. Such actions are considered serious violations and may result in permanent account deactivation.
All information provided by users during registration or verification must be accurate and must not represent a false identity or belong to another person. Using a false identity is a serious violation that will be acted upon in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All transactions on xhamster2 — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged to users. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and may change at any time in accordance with current policy.
xhamster2 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers to virtual accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), GoPay and Dana digital wallets, and QRIS. Transaction processing times are estimates and may be affected by bank system conditions, account verification, and current transaction volume. xhamster2 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the account information entered for withdrawals is correct and in their own name. xhamster2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Suspicious transactions may be held for additional verification in accordance with the platform's compliance standards.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, including minimum turnover requirements before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Users are required to read the full promotional terms before activating or claiming any bonus.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
xhamster2 provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. The platform is not liable for losses arising from network disruptions, scheduled system maintenance, or events beyond the platform's control such as natural disasters or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
xhamster2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or use of the platform contrary to applicable policies. In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be withdrawable depending on the severity of the violation.
Users who believe their account has been suspended without valid reason may file an appeal through the platform's official support channels. 6. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
All content available on the xhamster2 platform — including logos, text, interface design, graphics, and brand names — is the property of or is legitimately licensed to xhamster2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from xhamster2.
The platform may include links or references to third-party services — such as game providers or payment gateways. xhamster2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely the user's responsibility and is subject to each provider's own terms.
The brand names of game providers available on the platform — such as Pragmatic Play, Habanero, or Spadegaming — are trademarks of their respective owners, and their presence on the xhamster2 platform is based on a valid licensing agreement.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
xhamster2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform's Announcements page at least 7 days before taking effect. Users who continue to use the platform after changes take effect are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
It is recommended that you periodically review this Terms & Conditions page to ensure you are always up to date with the latest applicable terms. xhamster2 may also send notifications about important changes through the mobile app for users who have enabled push notifications.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the platform, prioritizing mediation before any formal legal proceedings. By using xhamster2 services, you acknowledge that you understand and are bound by these dispute resolution terms.
